Lined pipes, prepared in batches
The pipe openings show the internal lining and drilled flanges; protective sheets separate the stacked parts.

Flanged straight sections
Both end flanges and the lined bore are visible on these straight pipe sections.

Two lined branch openings
The close view shows the lining at both branch mouths and the surrounding flange bolt holes.

Lining inside the shell
The open cylinders expose the lining surface and its edge against the white outer shell.

Several fitting configurations
Branches, collars and short sections show how lining is fitted to different pipework shapes.

Polyurethane sheet preparation
Stacked polyurethane sheets show the lining material before it is formed to fit a component.

Lined branch connection
The lining is visible through the main bore and side branch, alongside the welded junction and flange interfaces.

Bore-to-branch lining
The open bore reveals the internal lining and the junction leading toward the side branch.

Short lined collar
A short collar exposes the liner across its full visible depth and the formed rim at each edge.

Curved sections in fabrication
Repeated curved sections show the segmented construction and joining edges before assembly.

Lining material in roll form
The coiled sheet and protective wrapping show how the lining material is prepared for handling.
