Enquiries and business correspondence
When you contact us, we receive the name, company, country, WhatsApp or telephone, email, requirement type, capacity or model and quantity, and message that you provide. We also receive the enquiry page and source or campaign information to understand your request. WhatsApp and email correspondence may contain further project details you choose to send.
We use these details to reply, prepare equipment selections and quotations, and handle any resulting order or service. Providing contact information is necessary for us to reply. We use security information to protect the enquiry service, including a keyed hash of the connecting IP address for rate limiting. We do not put form names, contact details or messages into analytics events.
Necessary local storage
The website keeps enquiry-source information in your browser: a session source used for up to 30 minutes of inactivity, and a first-source record used for up to 90 days. These help identify where an enquiry came from. The source information accompanies an enquiry when you submit it. Your cookie choice is stored locally for up to one year. Expired entries are checked when you return; browser settings can clear them earlier. These entries are not advertising cookies.
Optional analytics
Google Analytics helps us understand pages viewed and interactions such as successful enquiries, WhatsApp clicks and email clicks. Selected page and campaign information may be included. Google may receive browser and device information and process technical connection data as part of this service. Analytics cookies are separate from the necessary local records described above.
The Google Analytics tag loads on every visit using Consent Mode. Analytics storage defaults to denied in the EEA, United Kingdom and Switzerland, and to granted in other regions until you choose. If you reject Analytics, Google may still receive cookieless measurement signals; analytics cookies are not permitted. Rejecting analytics keeps the enquiry form, email and WhatsApp available. Advertising storage, advertising user data and ad personalization remain disabled. Use to change your choice or withdraw analytics permission. Withdrawal changes analytics storage to denied and removes accessible Google Analytics cookies on this browser. Cookieless measurement signals may continue; withdrawal does not delete past records already processed by Google.
Service providers and locations
Alibaba Cloud provides website hosting and business email services. Google processes analytics under the consent settings described above. If you use WhatsApp or your email provider, those services also handle the communication under their own policies. Service providers may process information outside your country, including where our business and hosting services operate.
How long information is kept
Enquiry and correspondence records are kept according to the time needed to answer the enquiry, handle a resulting project, provide after-sales service, and meet applicable record-keeping or dispute requirements. These criteria, rather than one fixed period, determine retention for each case. You can ask us to review or delete a record. Website source and cookie-choice lifetimes are stated above. Google Analytics storage is subject to its cookie expiry and the account retention settings; contact us for details about data related to your visit.
Your requests
Contact sales@farivomill.com to request access, correction or deletion of information you provided, or to raise a privacy concern. Depending on applicable law, you may also ask for restriction, object to processing, request a copy in a usable format, or complain to your local data-protection authority. We may need to verify your identity and retain records required for an existing transaction or legal obligation.

This notice describes our enquiry and website functions. New functions or changes in processing may require an update. The date at the top identifies this version. Analytics permission is optional and separate from asking us to handle an enquiry.
