XFDE Vertical Aspiration Channel
Uses a controlled air stream to remove light impurities from grain. Channel width and air volume are selected together with the upstream feeding arrangement.

TFDZ-G configurations use a vibrating feeder to spread grain across the channel. The listed capacity and air demand are for wheat dust and husk separation.
Choose for the operating duty
Provide the material stream width, grain type and available aspiration. Compare the stated air volume in m³/min with the fan duty using consistent units.

Plan the installation
Position in the line
Identify the upstream cleaner and downstream equipment on the process diagram.

Provide the existing fan duty and duct layout where aspiration is required.
Site conditions
Specify electrical supply and installation space for the selected machine.
