How do we pay?
All payments go to our company bank account, by T/T or letter of credit. The deposit and balance are set in the contract.
Questions before you order
What warranty do we get?
Roller mills, plansifters and purifiers carry 3 years; cleaning, conveying and packing machines carry 1 year. The warranty for each machine is shown on its line in the quotation. Wear parts such as roll surfaces, belts, screens, brushes and filter bags are not covered.
Can we see the machines before they ship?
Yes. We can set up a video call from the workshop, or you can visit with us. Machines ship only after you approve the pre-shipment inspection, and you can send your own third-party inspector.
Who installs the mill?
Our engineers supervise installation and start-up on site and train your operators. Civil works, local labour and lifting equipment are on the buyer's side.
What does the quotation include?
Every machine with its motor, listed by model, quantity and power; the platform or supports, spouting, pneumatic lift, dust filters and airlocks; control cabinets, cables and the air compressor. Spare rolls, sieves and wear parts can be added.
How do we order spare parts later?
Send the machine model, part number or a photo with dimensions. We supply wear parts by model number.
What happens after start-up?
We support your team by video call and keep supplying wear parts for the machines we delivered.
