Decisions that come first
One line or two
Two parallel lines let one keep milling while the other is serviced, and let each line make a different flour. One line costs less in machines and building.
Intake, storage, blending
Ship or truck intake, cleaning before storage, silo capacity in days of milling, and blending of wheat lots before the mill.
Bulk storage and loading out
Flour bins, bulk loading, packing lines for several bag sizes, and by-product handling for bran.
Central control room
The whole mill is started, monitored and stopped from one control room, with recipes for each flour.

What we deliver on a large mill
Flow sheet, layout, building loads
Process flow sheet, machine layout on each floor, and the loads and openings your civil engineer needs to design the building.
Machines, pipework, pneumatics
All machines, spouting and pipework made to the layout, pneumatic conveying and dust control.
Control system
Motor control centres, PLC and central control, cabling.
Installation and start-up
Installation supervision, start-up with your wheat, and operator training.

One itemised offer for the whole mill
Flow sheet and layout
Cleaning, tempering, milling, sifting and packing drawn for your wheat and your flour, with the machine layout on your building or site.
Every machine with motors
Listed line by line with model, quantity and power, so each item can be compared with another offer.
Platform, spouts, pneumatics
Steel platform or supports, spouting, pneumatic lift pipes, dust filters, airlocks and pipework made to the layout.
Control panels and cables
Control cabinets for cleaning and milling, cables, and the air compressor for packing and filters.
Wear parts
Spare rolls, sieves and wear parts can be added so they ship in the same containers.
Installation and training
Engineers supervise installation and start-up and train your operators. Civil works, local labour and lifting equipment are on the buyer's side.
Questions about this size
Do you publish a machine list for 300–500 TPD?
No. It is drawn for your site, wheat and products. Send the brief below and we reply with a flow sheet and an itemised offer.
Can you work with our civil contractor?
Yes. We supply the layout, loads and openings; your contractor designs and builds the building to them.
Can the mill be extended later?
Plan it now: leave space in the building and silos, and size the intake and power for the final capacity.
