Spare rolls, sieves and wear parts can be added so they ship in the same containers.
Installation and training
Engineers supervise installation and start-up and train your operators. Civil works, local labour and lifting equipment are on the buyer's side.
Questions about this size
Why does roll length per tonne differ between the three offers?
Roll length per tonne is not a fixed number: it depends on the wheat and the extraction target. When two offers differ, ask each supplier which wheat and extraction they designed for, and compare on the same basis.
Is a wheat washer always needed?
All three reference offers include one. Whether your mill needs it depends on how much dust, stone and mud your wheat carries. Tell us the wheat origin and we decide the cleaning section with you.
Can the mill be built in two steps?
Yes. The cleaning section and building can be sized for the final capacity, and milling machines added later.
