Power and area are for the machines. The building also needs room for wheat intake, storage and the flour store. 26 and 36 TPD versions of the steel-frame line are also built.

Three decisions at this size
Pneumatic or manual
Pneumatic roller mills engage and release the rolls on their own when stock stops, which protects the rolls when one operator runs the mill. See the SFMFQ roller mill.
Keep it for bread flour
The 52 TPD list carries two purifiers. Purifiers make the difference for low-ash bread flour and semolina; some low offers leave them out, so check for them.
Match bag sizes to the market
The 52 TPD list carries three 25–50 kg packing scales, so packing keeps up with the mill. If you sell 1–10 kg packs, add a small-bag scale; see the LCS packing machines.

Questions about this size
Can a 20–50 TPD mill go into an existing warehouse?
Usually yes. The steel-frame line stands inside the hall. Send the inside height and floor plan; height decides whether the line is one or two levels.
How many containers does a small mill need?
It depends on the final machine list and packing. We state the container count in the quotation.
Can I start small and extend later?
Yes, if the layout leaves room. Tell us the capacity you plan to reach, and we size the building, spouting and power supply for it.
