Choose your capacity

What does each capacity need?

Installed power and machinery area from reference wheat mills. Pick a capacity.

Installed power—
Machinery area L × W × H—
Flour / day at 75% extraction—

Machinery area is the space the machines occupy; the building needs extra room for intake, storage and packing. See space requirements and power consumption.

How millers judge a configuration: an 82 TPD example

Taken from a real 82 TPD quotation. Ask for these figures in every offer you compare; see how to compare flour mill quotations.

Figure82 TPD exampleWhy it matters
Roller mills16 single roller mills (11 × 220×400 mm, 5 × 220×500 mm)Total roll length 6,900 mm, about 8.4 mm per 100 kg of wheat a day. Too little roll length means lower extraction.
Sifting area6 double-bin plansifters, 8.5 m² each51 m², about 0.62 m² per tonne. Short sifting area gives speckled, high-ash flour.
Purifier1 × FQFD 49×2×3Needed for low-ash bread flour and semolina. Some cheap offers leave it out.
Cleaning3 vibro separators, 2 scourers, destoner, washer, 3 aspiration channelsMatched to how dirty and how hard your wheat is.
Building45.7 × 8 × 7.5 m, steel platformCan be adjusted to an existing warehouse.

No specs needed

Answer six questions. We size the mill.

  1. What wheat will you mill?Local or imported, hard or soft. A photo of the grain helps.
  2. What flour do you want to sell?Bread flour, chapati, semolina, maize meal. Bag sizes.
  3. How many tonnes a day, and how many hours?
  4. Do you have a building or land?Size and height, or a photo.
  5. What power supply do you have?Voltage, frequency, and whether the grid is stable.
  6. When do you want to start milling?

Straight answers

What buyers ask before they write

How do I pay, and how is my money protected?

Letter of credit or staged T/T to our company account. Machines ship only after you approve the pre-shipment inspection. You can also send a third-party inspector.

What brands are the motors and bearings?

Each machine page lists them. Main machines use Siemens-Beide motors; bearings and electrical parts are named in the quotation.

Who installs the mill, and what if something breaks later?

Our engineers guide installation and commissioning on site. After that we support you on video calls and supply wear parts by model number.

Can I see the machines before I pay?

Yes. Video call from the workshop at any time, or visit the factory with us.

Will you share my project details?

No. Your drawings, capacity and plans stay with us.
